Rovin Konjac Gum powder (konjac glucomanan) is extracted directly from Konjac root through modern machinery system.

Konjac glucomanan powder is soluble fiber, no protein, no fat, no sugar, no starch.

Konjac gum is easily soluble in water and it can absorb 100 times its weight in water, forming a highly viscous solution. Konjac gum is non-ionic and therefore less affected by salts in the system.

At ambient temperature, konjac gum remains stable, with no precipitation even when the pH drops below 3.3.

Konjac has the ability to form films – both alone and in combination with other gums such as Carrageenan.
